Telehealth refers to delivery of healthcare using technology as an alternative to standard in-person consultations and is often provided via telephone & videoconferencing. Though it has its limitations telehealth is being increasingly used to improve access to healthcare particularly in regional and rural communities across Australia. Telehealth also improves patient health outcomes during after-hours when GP clinics are not available for urgent and subacute medical issues.

Our platform is simple to use. Simply Book an appointment at a time convenient to you and one of our experienced doctors will call you.

We do offer video consultation through our platform. You will have an option to select a video consultation when booking an appointment.

No. We do not think that text-based consults are appropriate in any field of medicine. We only offer telehealth & video consults.

We are a privately billed practice and although the STI tests are covered by medicare, our consultation fee is not.

All telehealth consults incur a charge of $54.95. The STI Screening & testing service is priced at $59.95.

All our doctors are registered health care professionals with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) with years of experience working in the field of community sexual health centres. We exclusively collaborate with doctors who are qualified and have had appropriate training with adult sexual health. Rest assured, you will be in safe hands.

Just like any medical clinic that operates in Australia, we are bound by specific laws pertaining to privacy & confidentiality. We employ state-of-the-art security measures to safeguard your personal information, ensuring every interaction remains discreet and secure. Your health record is encrypted & stored securely within our system and we do not share that information with anyone unless directed by you.

We understand that telehealth has its limitations and patients can sometimes feel not satisfied with the doctor’s opinion. Please understand that the medical doctors are paid to give their professional opinion which may not provide optimal solution to health matters on hand. For example, in emergent cases, patients might be asked to present to the nearest hospital. Similarly, if you test positive to a blood borne illness such as HIV or Hepatitis, you may be asked to liaise with an in-person clinic as treatment for these illnesses can be complex and often requires multiple health care providers. If we genuinely cannot help you out, we will offer a full refund.
